These Terms govern your use of Raptor VPS services, website, and customer dashboard.
Service
Raptor VPS provides Windows VPS services. Paid orders move through Processing and Finalizing before VPS access details are made available.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account and payment information, keep account credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully. You may not use the service for abuse, fraud, malicious activity, spam, denial-of-service attacks, copyright infringement, or activity that compromises infrastructure or third parties.
Trading and third-party software
Our Windows VPS plans may be used with trading platforms, but Raptor VPS does not provide trading, investment, brokerage, or financial advice. We do not guarantee trading outcomes, platform availability, or the performance of third-party applications.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, networks, or events outside our control. We may suspend or terminate service where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or a breach of these Terms.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and may be subject to local-currency conversion by the payment provider. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
