All sales are final
Payments for VPS services are final once processed. We do not provide refunds for unused time, changed requirements, mistaken purchases, changes in trading activity, software compatibility, or services that have already been provisioned or delivered.
Before you order
Please review the plan specification, location, billing duration, operating system requirements, and compatibility with your applications before submitting payment. Contact support@raptorvps.com before purchase if you need help selecting a plan.
Required legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will handle the request in accordance with that law.
Service issues
If you believe there is a provisioning or technical issue, contact support promptly with your order reference and relevant details. We will investigate and work to resolve verified service issues, but investigation does not create a refund entitlement.
